Our community-led summer workshop series continues with this exploration of Queer vocabulary, just ahead of Portland's Pride festival!
A short & informal presentation will be followed by conversation and experimental use of our new vocab in some familiar sentence structures (mar shampla, "is aiteach mé!"). All are warmly welcome for a Queer-led, inclusive, and affirming event.

On Thursday, June 26 at 6:30 pm or 7:00 pm for an hour or so, there will be a workshop on "Saying Hello & Goodbye". We'll look at a few different ways to say each, and common responses. Everyone will have a chance to practice and get comfortable with both speaking and hearing. We'll be at the Albina Press (4637 N Albina) after the shop closes.
Everyone welcome, especially those who can't make it to Nead Gaeilge on Saturdays.
Community-hosted meet-and-greet event for Irish Gaelic language learners of all skill levels. Meet fellow Gaeilgeoirí, play games, and enjoy the longest day of the year in a beautiful outdoor setting. Potluck/BYOB encouraged for those interested; acoustic instruments welcome!
