The Tradition of great Irish music in the Pacific Northwest
Every summer some of the world's finest traditional musicians travel from Ireland and North America to teach and play at Cascadia Irish Music Week in the Pacific Northwest. This year Cascadia will be held on the campus of The Evergreen State College in Olympia. The week concludes with a grand concert featuring our teaching staff at the Longhouse on the Evergreen campus, Friday July 24th at 8pm.

The concert features an outstanding lineup of musicians, including:

Patsy Hanly, flute, from Co. Roscommon
Antoin MacGabhainn, fiddle, from Co. Cavan
Sean Gavin, flute, from Chicago
Angelina Carberry, tenor banjo, from Co. Longford
Josh Dukes, guitar, from Washington DC
Josephine Marsh, button accordion, from Co. Clare
Caitlin NicGabhann, concertina, from Dublin
And Olympia's own Randal Bays on fiddle, Program Director of Cascadia Irish Music Week
